Ultimate Property Management is fully compliant with the Service Charge Management Code published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and approved by the Secretary of State. 

We cover all aspects of management from repairs and administration of service contracts to the employment of site staff, including PAYE, and the management of Health and Safety requirements. We also use our extensive experience to set accurate annual service charge budgets and thereafter collect the interim charges in an efficient and prompt fashion to enable the buildings to be properly managed without cash flow difficulties.

Where required, we are able to tailor our management contract directly with clients to ensure that they receive the service they require. Normally this is achieved via a bespoke Service Level Agreement and set against an agreed management fee per unit. This ensures that no unexpected extras arise.

All service and supply contracts are regularly reviewed to ensure best value for money, but above all we are committed to the highest standards of surveying and management and seek to ensure that all our clients needs are catered for in a proactive manner.
